Carry box for large porcelain tiles

Our client, a ceramic tile manufacturer with a long history needed a beautiful carry box for their large 20x20cm porcelain tiles. These made-to-measure boxes are made from heavy duty cardboard which is paper covered all over with printed paper with a matt coated finish. On the interior of the box there are customised tracks, one in the middle and on both sides for accommodating the 20x20 size ceramic sample pieces.The tracks are made from black rigid PVC, attached to the base and sides of the box with adhesive. There are two oval shaped carry handles which are die-cut directly into the box sides, and reinforced with black plastic covers for a perfect finish. The box closure is with clasps in rigid black plastic, in line with the handle design. These boxes provide a stylish and practical way to transport and present wide collections of large and delicate sample pieces.
